Portion control
Definition:
Portion control is the practice of managing the amount of food you eat at mealtimes. It’s about being mindful of your serving sizes and avoiding overeating. Done well, it can help manage weight, promote healthy eating and aid digestion. [1]
It’s important to note that portion control doesn’t mean depriving yourself. It’s about making conscious choices and enjoying your food without overindulging.
